Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Air pollution means pollution free air outside the building is used. The four major parts of the air pollution are air pollution, occupational air pollution, indoor air pollution and exposure. . For the general public, indoor air quality is especially important in beauty salons. And since beauty salons are places that are considered environmentally and environmentally modernization., one of the most important principles in the beauty salons is creating a good ventilation. Therefore, in this study the condition of hairdresser's condition is examined. And is matched with the governor. Methods : This cross-sectional and descriptive study was carried out in Gonabad city in 2017-2018 in winter and summer. Of the 140 beauty salons, 50 salons were randomly selected Data collection was through the observation, Measuring with tools humidity meter, Anemometer, Thermometer,CO2 meter and filling up of the checklist That checklist for each beauty salon was completed and Data were analyzed using spss software Results: The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the parameters affecting the amount of air conditioning (CO2, relative humidity and heat) during the winter and spring season. The concentration of CO2 in Winter is 279-2600ppm and in spring season 271-1180ppm, Temperatures in Winter season is 12/5-22/1 C and in spring 21/9-35 C, Relative Humidity in Winter is 19-42% and in Spring 23/2-43% most common type of ventilation system used in the beauty salons of Gonabad Hood(52%) was reported. Conclusions: The result of this study showed that women’s haidressers in Gonabad have relatively good ventilation conditions and only 4 haidressers had no ventilation system.. As a result, more attention should be paid to training programs for hairdressers for the construction of ventilation systems and the use of them. Keywords: Hairdresser, Ventilation, Gonabad
